Kami Brauer

Kami Brauer has a strong background in real estate management, with experience in various leadership roles. Kami currently holds the position of Director of Interior Design at Katz Properties Inc., where they started in 2023. In their previous role as Vice President at Home Path Property Management from 2021 to 2022, Kami was responsible for developing and managing real estate operations, including business development and construction projects. Prior to that, they served as Vice President of Real Estate Management at Hendricks Commercial Properties, LLC for five years. During this time, Kami established the Residential Real Estate Management department and implemented operational systems, policies, and training programs. Kami began their career as a Property Manager at Mandel Group, Inc. in 2007, where they managed a portfolio of luxury apartments, condominiums, and retail spaces. Overall, Kami's experience showcases their expertise in real estate management and their ability to effectively lead and oversee operations.

Kami Brauer, ARM®, CAM®, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee between 2005 and 2008. Additionally, they have certifications in ARM from IREM and CAM from the National Apartment Association. They are also proficient in property management software such as Yardi, AMSI, Buildium, and MRI, as well as being an expert in Microsoft Office Suite.
