Brad Reay

Brad Reay has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1997 as a Manager at Crowe Horwath LLP, providing audit and consulting services to clients in the automotive industry. Brad then became the Owner and Operator of two retail outlets from 2001 to 2008.

Following that, Brad worked at Katz, Sapper & Miller as the Manager of Healthcare Resources, where they focused on consulting, tax, and regulatory compliance for healthcare clients. Brad then joined EthosPartners as a Healthcare Consultant, assessing fair market value compliance of physician compensation arrangements with hospitals and health systems.

In 2010, Brad moved to Navigant as an Associate Director, managing client projects involving physician compensation design and valuation. Brad worked there until 2016 when they joined Katz, Sapper & Miller again, this time as a Director. Brad is responsible for fair market value assessments and compensation plan design for healthcare providers.
