Zachary Lepperd

Zachary Lepperd, PMP, is an experienced professional currently serving as the Internship Program Manager at KSM (Katz, Sapper & Miller) since August 2022. Prior to this role, Zachary held multiple leadership positions at Beta Theta Pi, including Director of Fraternity Growth, Director of Expansion, Chapter Development Coordinator, and Expansion Consultant, where responsibilities ranged from creating operational frameworks and growth strategies to managing budgets and generating significant revenue increases. Zachary also contributed as a Peer Mentor at Truman State University and held various roles in hospitality and student organizations during academic studies. Zachary earned a Bachelor of Science in History from Truman State University in 2016.
