Lara Arnold began their work experience in 2011 as a Marketing Specialist at Clinical Reference Laboratory. Lara then joined the Kauffman Foundation in 2014, working their way up from a Research Coordinator in the Research and Policy department to a Program Associate in the Entrepreneurship Research department. Throughout their time at the foundation, Lara held various roles including Sr. Program Assistant and Program Coordinator. Lara has gained valuable experience and expertise in entrepreneurship research and program coordination.
Lara Arnold completed their undergraduate education at The University of Kansas from 1997 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Lara later pursued their postgraduate studies at Baker University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from 2007 to 2009.
