Troy Kudzia

Troy Kudzia has over 25 years of experience in the engineering and sales industry. In 1995, they began their career as a Co-Op Student at P.E. Black Corporation, where they built, wired, and tested an extensive array of electrical/pneumatic controls that interfaced with robotic systems. In 1997, they joined Generic Systems as a Controls Engineer, responsible for the design and control of system integration from start to finish. In 2002, they moved to ITT Industries as an IT professional, providing advanced level technical product support. In 2005, they joined Kaufman Engineered Systems as a National Account Manager. In 2018, they became the VP of Sales at RůBEX. Since 2019, they have been a Member at Vistage Worldwide, Inc. Currently, they are the Sales Strategy and Business Development Manager at Kaufman Engineered Systems, helping small and large manufactures in the food, beverage, glass, building material, and paper industries automate their process.

Troy Kudzia obtained an Associate degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Owens Community College between 1995 and 1997. In 2003, they obtained certifications as an A+ Certified and Network + Certified. In 2004, they obtained a MCP Ceritfied certification.
