Krista Knier

Krista Knier is an experienced Automation Engineer at H.W. Kaufman Group since February 2016, responsible for designing and building automation processes across various business units and maintaining essential documentation such as SDD, PDD, and process workflows. Prior to this role, Krista served as a Business Analyst at PSERS from March 2013 to February 2016, holding positions as Business Analyst 2 and Management Analyst. Krista holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania (2011-2012) and a Bachelor of Science in Crime, Law & Justice from Penn State University (2004-2008).
