Reddy Sarsam

Reddy Sarsam is a seasoned professional in insurance project management with extensive experience in software configuration, integration, and data migration. Currently serving as a Senior Insurance Project Manager at H.W. Kaufman Group since December 2022, Reddy leads a team focused on modernizing Policy Admin Systems and implementing new platforms to phase out legacy systems. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at Texas Windstorm Insurance Association, where Reddy oversaw a Guidewire software upgrade, and Senior Manager at EY, managing complex data migrations for GuideWire systems.
