Jennifer Boehnel

Jennifer Boehnel is an accomplished executive in talent management with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Talent Officer and Senior Vice President of Talent Management at Kaufman Hall since April 2015, Jennifer has previously held multiple vice president positions focused on talent management, campus recruiting, and diversity programs. Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Jennifer was a Partner at The Equus Group and worked at Deloitte Consulting in experienced hire recruiting. Jennifer's career also includes roles in recruiting at Citadel Investment Group and Latham & Watkins, where Jennifer was the Global Recruiting Manager. Jennifer holds a BA in Speech Communications from The Pennsylvania State University, earned between 1988 and 1992.
