Adam Rabinowitz

Adam is a forensic accounting processional with more than 15 years of experience providing expert witness and litigation consulting services related to economic damages, business valuation, and fraud investigations.

Adam has particular expertise in assisting attorneys and the triers of fact with complex economic damage and valuation issues, including lost profits, diminished and lost business value, and unjust enrichment damages. He applies this expertise within the context of breach of contract, intellectual property infringement, fraud, corporate dissolution and dissenting shareholder related disputes.

Adam is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida, Certified in Financial Forensics, a Certified Valuation Analyst and a Certified Fraud Examiner. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.
