Arvydas Jadevicius

Arvydas Jadevicius, PhD CAIA, serves as an Investment Manager for Alternatives at Willgrow since September 2022, focusing on investment due diligence and underwriting for various fund types. In addition, Jadevicius holds the position of Visiting Professor of Practice at Kaunas University of Technology. Previously, Jadevicius was a Fund Manager at Lords LB Asset Management, overseeing a Luxembourg domiciled pan-Baltic multifamily real estate fund, and served as a Senior Investment Analyst for Alternatives at Anthos Fund & Asset Management B.V., specializing in private equity and real estate capital allocation. Earlier professional experience includes roles at INREV and the Royal Agricultural University, where Jadevicius contributed to research and lectured on real estate finance and economics. Academic credentials include a PhD from Edinburgh Napier University, an MSc in Property Management & Investment from the same institution, and ongoing executive education in Private Equity at Wharton.
