Karolis Granickas

Karolis Granickas serves as the Head of Europe at Open Contracting Partnership since January 2017 and holds multiple roles including Member of the CSO Steering Committee at EBRD since November 2022 and Lecturer at both Kaunas University of Technology and Mykolas Romeris University since December 2022. Granickas is actively involved in various organizations, contributing as a Member of the Multi-Stakeholders Expert Group on eProcurement for the European Commission since November 2019 and as a Member of the Advisory Council for Transparency International Lithuania until August 2024. Previous roles include International Advisory Board member at ePaństwo Foundation and Associate at Open Data Institute. Granickas obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in EU law from Maastricht University and a Bachelor's of Law from the University of Westminster.
