Dharmesh Salian

Dharmesh Salian has a diverse work experience in the material handling industry. Dharmesh started their career in 1995 as a Sales Manager at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. - Storage Solution Group and worked there until 2008. Dharmesh then joined BITO Storage Systems Pvt. Ltd. as a Deputy General Manager from 2008 to 2010. Following this, they worked at Schoeller Arca Time Material Handling Solutions Ltd. as the Head of Business Operations, overseeing projects, business planning, and strategy formulation from 2010 to 2012. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director at Kaup India Material Handling Pvt. Ltd. Since 2012.

Dharmesh Salian's education history begins in 1985 when they enrolled at Somaiya College of Science. Dharmesh pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Physics, completing their studies in 1990. After a few years, Salian decided to further their education and enrolled at Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research in 1996. Dharmesh successfully completed an MBA program with a specialization in Marketing Management between 1996 and 1999.

In recent years, Salian has pursued their interest in the German language. Dharmesh attended Goethe Institute in Mumbai in 2014 to complete Level A1 certification. Continuing their language studies, Salian attended Goethe Institutute in Mumbai in 2015, pursuing A2 Level in German Language.
