Andrew Dudek

Andrew Dudek has over a decade of experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing industry. Andrew started their career at Bell Flight, where they served as the Director of Operations and later as a Value Stream Manager. During their time at Bell Flight, Dudek successfully improved production efficiency and quality, receiving praise from military leaders. Andrew then moved on to Textron Tools and Test, where they held the position of Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain and achieved significant improvements in on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction. Dudek later joined TRIUMPH as the General Manager, responsible for boosting efficiencies and meeting customer demands. Finally, they joined Kautex Textron as the Vice President of Quality, where they oversee goal deployment, process digitalization, and quality improvement across multiple plants. Throughout their career, Dudek has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive productivity, improve operational efficiency, and transform organizational culture.

Andrew Dudek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lawrence Technological University. Andrew also obtained a Master of Science degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. In addition to their formal education, Dudek has certifications in Executive Leadership from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Lean Manufacturing from the University of Michigan College of Engineering, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Vought Aircraft.
