Epsi Montoya

Epsi Montoya is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in compensation, HRIS, and HR analytics across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Compensation, HRIS, and HR Analytics at Kautex Textron since 2015, Epsi leads compensation strategies and compliance for the Americas region, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
