Olga Scholl

Olga Scholl has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Olga started their career as an HR Generalist at C.Rob. Hammerstein part of Johnson Controls in 2007, where they worked until 2011. In 2011, they joined Kautex Textron as a Senior HR Generalist and later took on various roles including HR Business Partner/Manager Global Mobility, HR Manager, and Manager intern. Assignments. Currently, they hold the position of Director HR Europe at Kautex Textron.

Olga Scholl (she/her) holds a Master of Arts (MA) in HR Development from TU Kaiserslautern, which they received from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their studies at FH Bonn Rhein Sieg from 2003 to 2007, earning a Diplom Kauffrau in Personalmanagement/Controlling.
