Saurabh Labade

Saurabh Labade is an experienced professional in quality management and engineering, currently serving as the Advance Quality Manager at Kautex Textron, having advanced through multiple roles including Quality Manager and Quality Engineer Supervisor since February 2018. Saurabh has led a team of six quality technicians, successfully implementing crucial testing processes and significantly reducing quality-related scrap. As an Automation Engineer, Saurabh managed three OEM programs for fuel tank production, achieving an impressive improvement in Overall Equipment Effectiveness from 52% to 87% within 11 months through automation and process optimization. Saurabh's initial experience includes internships in manufacturing engineering and quality engineering at Kautex Textron, complemented by roles at Nextek Power Systems and the Mahindra Group. Saurabh holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
