Raghu Thiyagharajan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Raghu started their career as a summer intern at Hyundai Motor India Ltd in 2013. From there, they worked as a research associate in equities at UBS ISC - Cognizant Technology Services, where they conducted analysis of global equities markets. Raghu then joined Standard Chartered Bank as a product control specialist, responsible for accurate ledger entries and generating trade commentaries.

In 2016, Raghu transitioned into the world of blockchain, working as a blockchain trainer, consultant, and developer. Raghu trained professionals and students on various blockchain topics and gained insights from each training session. Raghu also worked at Barclays as an assistant manager - financial analyst, ensuring accurate ledger entries and collaborating with the technical team for system upgrades.

Raghu further honed their blockchain expertise at CelebratON.in, where they served as the technical co-founder and CEO. Raghu developed the application and gained valuable experience in architecture and business requirements. Raghu continued their blockchain journey at Emurgo, where they trained and consulted on blockchain technologies and played a key role in developing blockchain talent.

In 2020, Raghu joined Alkemi as a solidity developer, building a decentralized liquidity network with a suite of tools and products for participation in DeFi. Raghu developed contracts that are live on the Ethereum Mainnet and have passed security audits. Raghu then moved to Pixel Vault in 2022 as a solidity developer, working on smart contract technology for NFTs, DeFi, and gaming.

Currently, Raghu is working at Kava Labs Inc as a senior developer relations engineer. Raghu helps developers leverage Kava's EVM blockchain to build decentralized applications and provides resources and tools for success in the Web3 ecosystem. Raghu's work experience showcases their expertise in blockchain, finance, and development, with a focus on solidity and decentralized technologies.

Raghu Thiyagharajan has a diverse educational background in the fields of finance and computer science engineering. Raghu holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from Bharathidasan Institute of Management Tiruchirapalli, which they completed from 2012 to 2014.

In 2013, Raghu also obtained a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1 certification from the CFA Institute, further showcasing their expertise in finance.

Prior to their MBA, Raghu completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science Engineering from SRR Engineering College, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
