Kausttubh V Phadtare is a seasoned professional with significant experience in the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Since October 2010, Kausttubh has served as Managing Director of Kavitsu Robotronix Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of slew bearings and slew drives in India, where Kausttubh introduced an innovative slew bearing product utilized in various applications, including excavators and defense equipment. Additionally, Kausttubh has been the Chief Executive Officer of Kavitsu Deger Renewables Pvt. Ltd. since October 2018 and has also held the position of Director at Kavitsu Transmissions Pvt. Ltd., contributing to the development of planetary and helical gear drives for the sugar industry. Kausttubh holds a Master of Science in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Newcastle University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation Technology from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology.
