Jonathan Wolgin

Jonathan Wolgin is an Associate at Kawa Capital Management. Prior to joining Kawa, Jonathan worked as an Analyst at LNR Property, LLC from September 2013 to February 2016, where they completed the company's 2.5-year rotational analyst program. During their time at LNR, Jonathan gained experience in underwriting all types of commercial properties, pursuing equity opportunities, and managing distressed assets. In addition, Jonathan developed several macros in VBA for Excel to make various processes at the company more efficient.

From March 2016 to June 2019, Jonathan worked as an Associate at Starwood Property Trust. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing and executing investment opportunities on behalf of the company.

Prior to their work in the financial sector, Jonathan worked as a Rental Agent at AC Lawrence Real Estate from May 2012 to August 2012. Jonathan then worked as an Appraisal Trainee at US Real Estate Advisors from May 2011 to August 2011. Jonathan began their professional career as an Intern at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. from May 2010 to August 2010.

Jonathan Wolgin received their Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from the University of Michigan, with a minor in Music. Prior to that, they attended Tenafly High School.
