Yolanda Castleman

Yolanda Castleman is the Listings Manager at Kay Houghton & Associates. Yolanda has over eight years of experience in the real estate industry.

Yolanda started their career in 2011 as a Movement Control Supervisor at The Bright Group. In this role, they coordinated and monitored the movement of company trucks, collaborated with internal and external stakeholders, and maintained and prepared a detailed log of all shipments and deliveries.

In 2013, Yolanda transitioned to The Metin Group, where they served as the Marketing and Office Assistant. In this role, they supported agents throughout the sale process, designed marketing collateral, organized and prepared listing appointment packages, performed data entry, facilitated open house preparation, and implemented a new marketing strategy that resulted in the generation of new leads.

In 2017, Yolanda joined Kay Houghton & Associates as the Listings Manager. In this role, they are responsible for managing all aspects of the listing process, from contract to closing. Yolanda also works with buyers to schedule showing tours and manage the inspection process.

Yolanda is passionate about providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships with clients. Yolanda is an experienced and detail-oriented real estate professional who is committed to helping their clients achieve their goals.

Yolanda Castleman has a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Bluefield University.
