David Serra

David Serra has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. David started their career as an Assistant to the Head of Lab at CEA in 2005. In 2007, they worked as a Semiconductor Manufacturing Technician at STMicroelectronics. In 2009, they interned at GDF SUEZ as an Economic & Geopolitical Research Analyst, where they performed country risk analysis and prepared presentations for international conferences. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Research Analyst at S&P Global, specializing in Environmental Social & Governance (ESG) Ratings. In 2011, they interned at Morgan Stanley as a Cash Equity Sales intern, assisting with client requests and research. From 2012 to 2015, they held multiple roles at Morgan Stanley, including Client Advisory, Equity Syndicate Desk, Portfolio Implementation, and Short-Term Funding Desk, where they managed various tasks related to wealth management, portfolio implementation, and treasury. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at eBay as a Program Manager, focusing on Pricing & Promotions Operations in the Emerging European Countries (EEC) region. In 2019, they joined Google as a Solutions Consultant and later became a Program Manager, working on Google Flights and Google Shopping. Currently, they are working at KAYAK as a Strategic Partnerships Manager, leading the Sustainable Transportation team and previously working on Strategic Partnerships for Flights EMEA.

David Serra has a Master's degree in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. David also participated in an undergraduate exchange program at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, studying Physics from 2005 to 2006. In addition, they have a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Université Grenoble Alpes, which they completed from 2003 to 2006. David has also acquired several certifications, including Fundamentals of GIS from the University of California, Davis in 2021, Create and Manage Cloud Resources from Google in 2021, Google Ads Search Certification and Google Shopping Certification from Google in November 2018, Google Digital Garage - The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google in 2018, and an Investment Advice Diploma from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) in 2015.
