Lauren Schwarzfeld is a senior associate attorney in the Firm’s construction law/complex litigation department. Mrs. Schwarzfeld focuses her practice on all aspects of litigation including covenant enforcement disputes, breach of contract claims, construction disputes, code enforcement actions and other complex litigation matters from inception through appeal. Mrs. Schwarzfeld uses a practical approach to litigating cases to reach the most advantageous result for her clients. Mrs. Schwarzfeld received a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Florida and then attended Nova Southeastern University where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 2011. As a law student Mrs. Schwarzfeld served as president of the trial team and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers, an honor awarded to select law school graduating students showing particular excellence in advocacy programs. Prior to joining Kaye Bender Rembaum, Mrs. Schwarzfeld began her practice of law representing employees in employment discrimination cases. She then transitioned to representing lenders in bank foreclosure litigation. Mrs. Schwarzfeld joined Kaye Bender Rembaum to focus her litigation skills on community association law. She has been with the Firm since 2016.
