Lee Martin

Lee Martin joined Kaye/Bassman in 2004 and has specialized in the Construction and Real Estate markets for over 17 years. Lee achieved company’s highest level as Managing Director, and was the youngest to achieve the title in 2014. Lee serves as the Managing Director of the Midwest Construction and Real Estate market, partnering with a portfolio of clients with key strategic growth of human capital. His accomplishments and achievements have resulted in numerous professional awards; his most recent focus has been on working with executive leadership for start-up to multi-billion-dollar organizations on strategy and growth. Lee consults on hiring, training and organizational management growth within Kaye/Bassman for the next generation of leadership within the organization as a part of the managing partner group.

In addition to setting the pace at Kaye/Bassman with his personal production, Lee serves on the Board of Directors for Kaye/Bassman Foundation. Lee spearheads the annual charitable event as well as volunteer efforts with local community-based non-profits. His passion for helping others has played a key role in the Foundation’s milestone accomplishment of donating over $2 Million since inception. Lee has also served on the Culture Advisory Council, has spearheaded the organization’s participation in the Corporate Challenge benefiting Special Olympics Texas, and has played an advisory role to graduating students surrounding universities including University of North Texas. Oklahoma University, Oklahoma State University, and his alma mater.

As one of the leaders of the construction practice Lee maintains a high level of client focused search with top national General Contractors, Consulting Engineering firms, and boasts junior through C-suite level placements with some of the largest privately held companies in the world. Lee’s clients include some of the most well-known and respected ENR Top 400 Commercial Real Estate Developers, General Contractors and A&E Firms in the United States.

Lee graduated with a double major in Marketing and Organizational Management from Abilene Christian University in 2004.
