Daphna Tsur

Daphna Tsur has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Daphna started their career as a Software Engineer at Fundtech in 1999 and then moved to Cisco Systems in 2000, where they served as a Software Engineer and later as a Build and Development Environment Leader. Daphna joined Verint in 2012 as a PMO, leading the assimilation of Scrum methodology and the rollout of a continuous integration system. In the same year, they also worked as a Product Manager at Go Arc. Daphna then joined Cisco Systems again in 2010 as a Developer Community Manager and later became a Software Development Manager. Daphna's most recent position is at KayHut, where they have held two roles: VP Program Management and currently, VP Engineering Operations, overseeing program management and DevOps. In all their roles, they have demonstrated a focus on process improvement, project management, and customer satisfaction.

Daphna Tsur earned their B.A in Computer Science from Reichman University between 1997 and 2000. Daphna later pursued their MBA in Information Technology and Systems at Bar-Ilan University from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, they acquired certifications as a Certified SAFe 4.5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2018 and as a Certified Scrum Master in 2007.
