Lauren Heideman

Lauren Heideman has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Lauren currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, L.P. since September 2018. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President, Human Resources - Corporate & North America Executive Search at Korn Ferry for over two decades, starting in December 1995 and ending in August 2018.

Lauren Heideman holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and English Literature from Mount Saint Mary's University. Lauren also has an MBA in Organizational Leadership from the same university. In 2007, they obtained a certification in GPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
