Matthew Kojs

Matthew Kojs serves as Vice President at Kayne Anderson Real Estate, overseeing acquisitions and management of senior housing properties since September 2019. Previously, as a Senior Investment Analyst at Pathway to Living from December 2016 to August 2019, Matthew originated and underwrote senior housing opportunities, contributing to over $275 million in transactions. Matthew's career includes significant roles at Principle Valuation LLC and Cambridge Realty Capital Companies, where extensive financial modeling, valuation analysis, and investment underwriting were performed. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from DePaul University.
