Franklin Bless Nordzroh

Franklin Bless Nordzroh is a seasoned professional in the mining and engineering sectors, currently serving as the TSF Technical Manager at KAZ Minerals since July 2023. Prior to this role, Franklin worked at AngloGold Ashanti from June 2019 to June 2023 as a Project Manager, overseeing the development of a Greenfield B-TSF and its ancillary infrastructure, with successful wet-commissioning of the South cell before resignation. Franklin also served as the Manager of Civil & Earthworks for the Obuasi Gold Mine Redevelopment Project. Previous experience includes roles at Golder as a Sub-Consultant, SRK Consulting as a Geotechnical Engineer, Knight Piesold Consulting as a Senior Project Engineer, Geosystems Consulting Limited as a Geotechnical Engineer, and Volta Resources as an Exploration Geologist. Franklin began a career as a Hydrogeologist at Geo-Hydrotech Limited and worked as a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research. Franklin holds a BSc in Geological Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and is certified in Project Management - Lean Process from the Management and Strategy Institute.
