Arman Omarov

Arman Omarov is a legal and human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Chief Specialist of the Organizational Development Department at Kazakhmys Corporation since December 2022, Arman also has a background as a Recruitment and Onboarding Lead Specialist. Prior roles include Legal Advisor at Municipal Enterprise "Thermal Company," Recruitment Manager, and Assistant Managing Director of Human Resources at JSC "NC "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy." Additionally, Arman was a Human Resources Project Specialist and intern at the legal department of KazMunayGas National Company JSC. Arman holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Civil and Commercial Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Jurisprudence, both from Dostoevsky Omsk State University.
