Michael Couvillion

Michael Couvillion is the Chief Technology Officer at Kazoo, where they lead multiple technology teams in the development of innovative products to fundamentally change how performance management and employee engagement is done. Michael has also served as the CEO/Founder of AlexaGuru, LLC, where they specialize in the Amazon Echo, Google Home, Philips Hue, Wink, Logitech Harmony, WEMO, Insteon, Lutron and other ZigBee and Z-Wave technologies. In addition, they have served on the iTexico Advisory Board, providing technical and business advise across the operations and technology.

Prior to joining Kazoo, Michael was the Chief Technology Officer at Alchemy Systems and Interim CTO\Consultant at The Heyl Group at Keller Williams. Michael also served as the Chief Technology Officer at Drilling Info, Inc and VP of Technology and Consulting Services at Greenlight Staffing and Consulting Group. Michael began their career as a Director of Operations at Dominion Enterprises before moving into engineering leadership roles as Director of Engineering at Symantec and Sr Systems Engineer at Dataline.

Michael Couvillion has a B.S. in Computer Science from Louisiana Tech University and an MS in Software Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology.
