Madina Kapustina

Madina Kapustina is a seasoned professional in telecommunications and project management, currently serving as a Program Manager at Almatygenplan Research Institute since February 2023. With extensive experience at KazTransCom since April 2013 in roles such as Project Manager and Project Engineer, Madina has successfully contributed to significant projects including the TCO Orken Village Data Center and telecom towers.
