Tom Teper

Tom is a CPA and serves as an Operating Executive for KB Corporate Finance. For over 36 years, Tom has worked with clients and companies in corporate finance, treasury and accounting, including mergers and acquisitions, arranging debt and equity financing, and corporate restructuring. He has served as the Chief Financial Officer and Board of Director at several middle market publicly and privately held businesses in a broad range of industries, including business services, consumer products, retail, manufacturing, and distribution.

Tom has been responsible for facilitating and/or securing over $1.2 billion in debt and equity financing for enterprise expansion and liquidity for founding shareholders. He was instrumental in the successful sale of businesses, totaling over $840 million and has facilitated the due diligence on strategic acquisitions totaling over $340 million. His accomplishments and skills include the private to public transformations, leading business and financial turnarounds, facilitating mergers and acquisitions, building twelve customer service centers and manufacturing operations and managing overseas sourcing offices.

Tom was awarded two Keys to Miami-Dade County for Economic Development and graduated from The University of Miami, with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree and a major in Accounting and Finance. Tom served two terms as a Board of Director to the Beacon Council, the Miami/Dade County Economic Development Counsel as well as numerous philanthropic community organizations. He enjoys scuba diving/underwater photography and lives in Miami.
