Mike Gartlan

Mike Gartlan began their work experience as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young in December 1992. Mike then joined Presley Homes in January 1996 as an Assistant Controller before moving on to KB Home in May 1998. At KB Home, they worked as the Controller for the Northbay Region from May 1998 to July 2000, then as the Controller for Greater Los Angeles from August 2000 to December 2002. Mike was then promoted to Vice President of Finance for Greater Los Angeles from January 2003 to December 2006, and later became the Vice President of Regional Finance for Southern California from January 2007 to December 2010. Mike'sfinal role at KB Home was as the Senior Vice President of Regional Finance, a position they held from January 2011.

Mike Gartlan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University, Northridge, from 1988 to 1992. Mike also obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 1995.
