Brendan Hardiman has extensive work experience in the banking sector. Brendan started their career with Bank of Scotland (Ireland) in 1996 and worked there as a Senior Manager in Treasury for over 14 years, until December 2010. Brendan then joined Lloyds Banking Group as a Treasury Consultant in January 2011 and worked there for a year. Brendan is currently employed at KBC Bank Ireland, where they have held several roles. Brendan started as the Head of Treasury Risk Management from January 2012 to April 2015. From April 2015 to April 2016, they served as the Manager of KBC Waterford Branch. Brendan then became the Consumer Finance Risk Manager from April 2016 to October 2017. Most recently, Brendan worked as the Senior Credit Risk Manager from October 2017 to October 2021. Since October 2021, they hold the position of Head of Financial Risk Reporting at KBC Bank Ireland.
Brendan Hardiman completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from University College Dublin from 1991 to 1994. Brendan then pursued a Masters in Economics and Finance from Maynooth University, completing it from 1994 to 1995. Brendan later obtained a Diploma in Financial Advice from University College Dublin, completing it in 2015.
