Allan Kleban

Allan Kleban possesses extensive experience in the construction and legal industries, currently serving as Vice President for Business Development at KBE Building Corporation since February 2003. In this role, Allan is part of the senior management team, focusing on expanding the firm's market share in the Mid-Atlantic region through strategic market research across various sectors, including retail, public and federal construction, hospitality, senior housing, and higher education. Prior to this, Allan held multiple positions in the construction law field, such as Counsel at Leiby, Taylor, Linkorst and Roberts and Executive Vice President at Konover Construction Corporation South. Allan's career began as a founding partner of Kleban & Wieselman, and Allan has also served as a partner at Pepe & Hazard, contributing significantly to construction law through litigation and advisory roles. Allan holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in Government from Colby College.
