Wesley Lane

Wesley Lane, SHRM-SCP, GPHR, HRPM, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global mobility, employee relations, and workforce management. Currently serving as Senior HR Manager at KBR, Inc. since August 2021, Wesley develops and administers Global Mobility and Remote Work programs. Previous roles include In-Country HR Manager at SOS International LLC, where responsibilities encompassed a broad range of HR functions in Iraq, and HR Consultant at Meetings On Pointe. Wesley has also facilitated SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preparation classes and served as Head of Human Resources at Tatweer Petroleum, managing a diverse workforce. Early career experience at KBR, Inc. included managing global expatriate programs. Wesley holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Mars Hill Graduate School and a Bachelor of Science from Sam Houston State University.
