Geoffrey Gonzalez

Geoffrey Gonzalez has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and project management. Geoffrey currently serves as the Deputy Head of People at Kbrw, where they previously held the position of Acting Head of People. In this role, they were responsible for implementing the company's ATS and HR management platform, as well as structuring HR processes. Prior to Kbrw, Geoffrey worked at NAVAL GROUP as a Junior HRBP and Project Analyst, where they were involved in various HR processes such as disciplinary procedures, people review, and salary review. Geoffrey also played a role in labor relations, specifically in negotiating the local Quality of Work Life agreement. Geoffrey's earlier experience includes working as a Legal Practitioner at Cabinet Sebag et ministère de la Justice.

Geoffrey Gonzalez has a diverse educational background. Geoffrey completed their Bachelor's degree in Sciences politiques, Droit, Economie, Histoire from Sciences Po in 2017. In 2016-2017, they attended the University of St Andrews for a year-long exchange program, focusing on Relations et affaires internationales. Following this, from 2017 to 2019, Geoffrey pursued a Master 2 (M2) degree specializing in Carrières juridiques et judiciaires at Sciences Po. Most recently, from 2020 to 2022, they furthered their education at Sciences Po, obtaining a Master 2 in Management et Organisation des ressources humaines.
