Sierra Powers has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Sierra started their career at Cambridge Clarion as an Office Assistant/Web Developer. Sierra then worked at Fort Hays State University - Graduate School as an Assistant to the Degree Analysts. Sierra gained experience as a Student Web Specialist at Fort Hays State, followed by a role as a Business Systems Analyst at Flint Hills Resources. Sierra then transitioned to INVISTA, where they worked as a Web Content Specialist/BSA. Sierra'sresponsibilities included updating website content, utilizing analytics and SEO tools, and executing website redesign projects. Sierra's most recent position is as a UX Product Designer at KBX.

Sierra Powers attended Fort Hays State University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Networking and Telecommunications with a focus on Web Development. In addition, Sierra earned several certifications related to product management and analytics. Sierra obtained the "Product Management Basics Certification" and "Product Analytics Certification" from Pendo.io in August 2023 and May 2023, respectively. Sierra also received the "Advanced Google Analytics" certification from Google in February 2021, and the "Google Analytics For Beginners" certification in December 2020.
