Crystine Lim

Crystine Lim has extensive experience in HR and business operations, holding various leadership roles in different companies. Crystine most recently served as the Vice President & Head of HR & Business Operations at KC Global Media Asia since April 2020. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of People & Culture at Kacific Broadband Satellites Group from October 2019 to March 2020. From July 2018 to September 2019, they worked as the Regional HR Director at MatchMove Pay Pte. Ltd. Crystine also took a career break from November 2016 to June 2018 to focus on herself and their family. Before that, they held the position of Executive Director of People & Organization at Sony Pictures Television Networks, Asia from September 2010 to October 2016. Crystine has also worked in managerial roles at Buckman Laboratories (Asia) Pte Ltd, Netzsch Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, Tropical Shipping & Trading Co Pte Ltd, and Uni-France Offshore Engineering Pte Ltd, gaining extensive expertise in talent management and strategic planning throughout their career.

Crystine Lim obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Southern Cross University in 2010-2011. In 1992-1993, they pursued ACCA/ICPAS Foundation from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore | Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountant. Crystine also completed LCCI Diploma in Cost Accounting/Diploma in Business Studies from Institut Perkim-Goon | Kolej PTPL Penang in 1989-1990. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Leadership Architect 101 & Voices 360 Degree Feedback from Lominger International in 2010, PPA & TST System from Thomas International in 2007, and is a TeamToolz Certified Facilitator from Buckman since 2001.
