Andrea Nichols

Andrea Nichols is currently a Designer at KCCT since July 2023. Previously, Andrea held positions as Senior Architectural Designer and Architectural Designer II at GTM Architects from July 2019 to July 2023. Andrea also worked as a Student Intern at Soto Architecture & Urban Design, PLLC from April 2018 to July 2019. Andrea received the Graduate School's 2019-2020 Outstanding Administrative Assistant Award while serving as a Graduate Assistant for Undergraduate Advising at the University of Maryland from 2017 to 2019. Andrea has also interned at Alexander Design Studio and Perkins Eastman in the past. Andrea holds a Master of Real Estate Development and a Master of Architecture (MArch) from the University of Maryland, along with a Bachelor's of Science in Architecture.
