Bella Khusal

Bella Khusal has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Assistant Managing at Dallas King Wholesale from June 2012 to August 2017. Bella then interned as a Real Estate Intern at Vulcan Property Group, where they worked closely with the President of the company and gained experience in cash flow modeling, administrative tasks, and communication with brokers and agents. Bella then joined JMJ Development, LLC as a Finance Intern from September 2017 to May 2018, before taking on the role of Capital Markets/Project Manager from May 2018 to October 2022. Currently, they are working as a Development Project Director at KCG Companies starting from May 2023.

Bella Khusal pursued their education in a chronological order, starting with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of North Texas in 2017-2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Business and Economics from the same university between 2012 and 2014. In 2011-2012, they attended Texas Woman's University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting. Aside from their academic achievements, Bella Khusal also obtained a Notary Public certification from the National Notary Association in 2022.
