Kyle Testorf

Kyle Testorf has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Kyle started their career as a Technician at Mant USA Inc from June 2012 to August 2017. Later, they worked at KCI Technologies, Inc. where they held various roles. Kyle began as a Power Engineer from July 2019 to October 2019 and then transitioned to a QC Technician for the OH Major Projects team. In this role, they collaborated with high-level designers and improved DC designs. Kyle also served as a Tripsaver Designer, adapting to new design standards and coordinating with quality control for ISO compliance. Kyle then became a Targeted Underground Designer, leading a small team on large-scale projects and attending preconstruction meetings with project managers and construction crews. Kyle was recognized for their outstanding work, leading to an increased workload. Kyle later worked as an Onsite Field Facing Engineer, where they communicated with customers, scheduled appointments, and provided work progress updates. Subsequently, they became a Design Team Lead, training new hires, managing daily workload, and ensuring team members met quality control standards. Kyle then transitioned to a Quality Control Team Lead, conducting reviews on deliverables, providing guidance on material standards, and coordinating with project leads. Kyle'scurrent position is as a Project Lead, where they convert short-term workload predictions into long-term projects, creates standard documents for efficiency, performs quality assurance and control, and manages client communication.

Kyle Testorf completed their education with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Polytechnic University in 2019. Kyle then pursued their Masters degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Florida, which they are expected to complete in 2025. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they attended North Broward Preparatory High School from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their academic qualifications, Kyle has obtained certifications in Essential New Skills in Project Management and Tips for Better Business Writing from LinkedIn, as well as the Solidworks Certified SolidWorks Associate (CWSA) certification from Dassault Systèmes.
