Diana Kantner

Diana Kantner is a Senior Managing Director at KCIC. Diana has over twenty years of experience in financial management and consulting.

Diana started their career at Arthur Andersen where they spent seven years as an Experienced Manager. Diana then moved to Northwestern University where they spent four years as the Director of Financial Management.

In their current role at KCIC, Diana is responsible for leading the firm's financial and strategy consulting practice. Diana has extensive experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and financial restructurings.

Diana Kantner graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a finance degree from the College of Business.

They are on a team with Leslie Gigliotti - Senior Business Analyst, Josh Dixon - Software Engineer, and Clayton Austin - Consultant. Diana Kantner reports to Jonathan Terrell, President.
