Alex Breitinger

Alex Breitinger has a diverse work experience in various industries. Alex worked as a Principal - Innovation Leader at Pinion from April 2022 to the present, leading software development, technology implementation, and process improvement. Before that, they were the Director of Business Analytics for Ag Advisory at Pinion from September 2019 to March 2022, where they developed data science and platform integration for the consulting division. Prior to their roles at Pinion, they served as a Business Director at Paragon Ag Advisors & Paragon Investments from October 2012 to July 2022. Alex also worked as a Commodity Futures Broker at Breitinger & Sons & Paragon Investments from May 2009 to July 2020. In their early career, they held various roles as a Chemistry Tutor, Residence Assistant, and Geology Research Assistant at DePauw University, and as a Hollings Scholar Chemistry Intern at NOAA in 2008.

Alex Breitinger attended Valparaiso High School from 2000 to 2004. From 2004 to 2005, they obtained a Fachhochschulzeugnis in Chemistry and Mathematics from Alstergymnasium Henstedt-Ulzburg. Alex later pursued a B.A. degree in Chemistry and History from DePauw University, graduating in 2009.
