As the team leader for clients in the telecommunications industry and market champion of K·Coe Isom’s construction, real estate, architects, trades and engineers (CREATE) market, Shasta Weatherman partners with business owners from day one to develop tailored, creative strategies that help them achieve their goals in the most tax-effective, cost-beneficial manner.

She relies on her accounting and tax knowledge to serve as a business advisor. Shasta initiates the planning process proactively from the get-go to help clients maneuver in the fast paced, ever changing environment in which they operate.

Her forward-thinking mindset and insight surrounding her clients’ goals and objectives have helped her think through issues and opportunities to ensure her clients are positioned to be successful, whether it’s transferring their business to the next generation, implementing tax saving strategies, or growing their business.

Shasta was born and raised in North Central Kansas, about an hour north of Salina. She played basketball in college, an experience that enhanced her ability to collaborate, identify team member strengths, and work toward common goals.
