Nicky Ford

Nicky Ford currently serves as a Transition & Change Controller at KCOM, a position held since September 2022, following a tenure in Client Services from August 2021 to September 2022. Prior to this, Nicky spent nearly a decade at KCOM in various roles including National Business Technical Analyst, Operational Change Analyst, and Service Desk Controller. Responsibilities included event and incident management across customer solutions and pro-active network management. Nicky's earlier career includes experience as an IT Technician at Dixons Retail from July 2005 to April 2012. Nicky completed education at South Holderness Technology School.
