Jafet Aymat Fas has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jafet started their career in 2004 as a Human Resources Officer at the Puerto Rico Department of Education, where they worked until 2010. In 2010, Jafet joined KCS, Enterprises as a Human Resources Officer, specializing in OSHA and responsible for recruiting staff for the Hospitality Industry on a temporary, contract, and outsourcing basis. In 2013, they were promoted to the position of Human Resources Manager at KCS, Enterprises.
From 2004 to 2007, Jafet Aymat Fas pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at the Universidad Interamericana.
