Hugo Mlauzi has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and management. Hugo started their career at Glintt as a System Software Engineer, where they provided services, development, maintenance, and support for computer applications in the area of Health Technology and Hospital Management. Hugo then worked at agap2 @ Banco BPI as a Senior Consultant, where they performed functions related to software development, requirements analysis, and new feature design for Support Asset Management Systems and Support Financial Markets Systems. Hugo later joined Retail Consult SA as a Senior Oracle Developer, specializing in functional analysis, technical application, and development-oriented systems for the retail industry. After that, they worked at MEGATRONICA as a Senior Product Development Engineer, responsible for designing and developing solutions for clients' business needs. Currently, they are working at KCS iT as a Business Unit Director, where they are responsible for creating and managing a Business Unit, overseeing consultants and clients, and providing effective management and strategic guidance to build successful teams. Overall, Hugo Mlauzi has proven expertise in various technologies such as SQL Server, JavaScript, VBScript, HTML, XML, C#, VB, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Reports.

Hugo Mlauzi earned an Engineer's degree in Information Technology from Universidade do Minho, where they studied from 1997 to 2008.
