Federica de Gennaro

Federica de Gennaro has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over two decades. Federica is currently the VP Global Human Resources at KD Pharma Group from May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Director for the EMEA region at SFI Health from August 2018 to April 2022. During their time at SFI Health, Federica was responsible for various HR processes and accomplishments, including redesigning the organizational structure and implementing a change management project to improve financial outcomes.

Before joining SFI Health, Federica worked as a Senior Consultant at Eu-tròpia s.r.l. from an unknown start date to September 2018. In this role, they provided consultations for change management projects and designed development programs for high-potential clients and technical-oriented talents.

From February 2008 to July 2017, Federica held the position of VP & HR Business Partner EMEA at VF Corporation. Federica was a member of the senior management team and played a crucial role in integrating HR programs and ensuring efficient delivery of HR processes. Some notable contributions during their tenure include leading the Timberland integration and harmonizing policy execution across the US headquarters.

Federica's early career included roles such as HR Manager at Bally Shoe Factories Ltd. and the Prada Group, as well as various consulting positions in Milan, Italy, where they worked with companies in the insurance, telecommunications, banking, and consumer brands sectors.

Federica de Gennaro has an Executive Master in Strategic Human Resources Management from SDA (Scuola di Direzione Aziendale) Bocconi School of Management. Federica also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with a specialization in Work and Organizations, from the Università degli Studi di Padova.
