Rafael Hinojosa

Rafael Hinojosa has had a diverse work experience in the field of sales and marketing. Rafael started their career at Hoffmann-La Roche, where they held various roles such as Project Manager, Chairman for International Key Account, and Account Manager for the Iberia region. Rafael later joined Ebro Puleva as the Marketing Manager for Nutritional Products, where they successfully positioned the company as a market leader in the Functional Food Market. Rafael then moved on to Capsugel as the Business Development Manager for Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, where they played a vital role in promoting lipid-based drug delivery systems and forming strategic alliances with customers and raw material suppliers. Rafael continued their career at Ocean Nutrition Canada as the Acting Sales Lead for Europe, where they focused on promoting Omega3 oils and powders and developing strategic alliances with customers. Rafael's most recent position is with KD Pharma Group, where they serve as the Director of Specialty Sales for the EMEA region.

Rafael Hinojosa has a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, which they obtained from 1985 to 1990. Rafael also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from IE Business School, completed from 1991 to 1992. In 1998, they earned three certificates: one in Product Management, another in Fundamentals of Project Management, and the third in Strategic Marketing Management from Management Centre Europe. Additionally, they obtained a Master's degree in Nutrition from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, which they completed from 2000 to 2001.
