Carrie Russo has worked in the food industry since 1993. Carrie began their career as a Microbiologist/QA Technician at Tri-Bio Laboratories, Inc., before moving to Dietrich's Milk Products as a Microbiologist in 1997. In 1999, they took on the role of EHS Engineer at Yuasa, Inc. In 2005, they became Quality and Food Safety Manager at Lollipop Tree, Inc. In 2010, they were hired as Quality Assurance Manager at Charles Jacquin et Cie., Inc. In 2016, they were appointed Director of Quality Assurance & Food Safety at The Food Source International, Inc. Most recently, in 2021, they were hired as Corporate Director of Quality at Do Good Foods.

Carrie Russo attended Pennsylvania State University from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Life Sciences.
